If sources are to be believed an Advisor of an important ministry is reportedly misusing security bands for entry purposes. It is said that the Advisor is a retired person and has been engaged on contract basis but he is still using a security band for which he is not entitled. Sources said that the Secretary of the ministry has been kept in the dark in this case.  No harm in guessing the name of the ministry and the Advisor.
